Shipping policy

When it will my order show up on your doorstep? The answer to this question will be different depending on where you live. Check out our shipping policy below to gain some insight on when your product might arrive. 

Processing Time

Most of our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days Monday-Friday (Not Including Holidays). This time frame can be extended for custom or bulk orders.   

Where Does my Item Ship From

All of our products ship from the United States of America (Columbus, OH). 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer expediated shipping on all products/orders.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain order information and your tracking number(s). 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping/sales at this time. 

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Ruff Hound ships to all P.O. Boxes as well as APO/FPO Addresses.

Hawaii & Alaska

Does Ruff Hound ship to Hawaii and/or Alaska? Does a bear sh#t in the woods? But really, on a serious note, we ship to every U.S. state both continental and contiguous.

Damages 

While we do our best to safeguard your order with sturdy packaging, Ruff Hound is not responsible for damages that occur during the shipping & handling process. If you have received your order damaged, please file a claim contact your shipping carrier and file a claim.
